Suppress Bibliographic/Holding Record
To suppress a bibliographic or holding record:
- Open the bibliographic/holding record in the main pane of the Metadata Editor.
- Select Tools > Set Management Tags > Suppress from Discovery.
To unsuppress a record: follow the same steps as above, but uncheck the box Suppress from Discovery.
A record that has been suppressed from discovery will appear in Alma search results with an eye with a red line through it (the suppressed icon) to the left of the title.
