Children's Books and IHLC Books

All children’s books and IHLC Books should not be premarked before cataloging.

After receiving, all children’s books and IHLC Books should go to the cataloger without marking (now Rebecca Wright).

The Cataloger will determine where the children's book will go, either RBML or SSHEL.

After cataloging these books will -

  • Children's books (including S-Collection) for SSHEL or Stacks: stamped and labeled accordingly.
  • Children's books for RBML: no stamping or labeling is needed. A barcode is clipped to the streamer and send the book to RBML.
  •  IHLC books: a barcode is attached to an archival streamer. No labeling is needed.
