  • Is it an established vendor
    • If not, may need to be either P-Card order or Dustin Reinhart will need to send vendor setup form if not available generally from other vendors.

Is the order a RUSH order?

  • All rush orders should come through the Firm Order Request.
    • Gobi has the Rush order button, but that does not work. Selectors cannot make their orders Rush orders in GOBI.
  • Check GOBI for Rush In Stock.
    • If title is “In Stock and RUSH available” make an order with the subaccount 5232-02. This subaccount is set up for all GOBI Rush orders.
  • If not available from GOBI - check Amazon.
  • If none of those options work, check with Geoffrey Hill at Compact Disc/AV Source.
