byPublication Date: 1979Protection Agency based on macro-invertebrate sampling of over 800 sites in 1976-1977 to evaluate the impact of 200 point sources, with additional sampling to evaluate agricultural non-point source pollution. The predominant stream classification reported was "unbalanced" (48% of sites), and 40% of sites were found to be "semi-polluted."
