Scoping Review
The purposed of a Scoping Review is to characterize the scope and extent of evidence literature related to a broad question or issue.
A scoping review requires:
- Clear objectives for the study
- Reproducible methodology
- Comprehensive search appropriate for time/scope constraints
- Data extraction and synthesis of the quantity and quality of literature
- Written review reporting characteristics and findings from literature corpus
