This section of the guide is organized thematically, with the intention of providing an introductory list to both English and Japanese-language manga and anime available at the University of Illinois.

The presented list below is introductory, and may not be comprehensive. Many of the manga listed in this guide are located either in the Undergraduate Library's lower level or the International and Area Studies Library on the 3rd floor at the Main Library. In the era of COVID, you will have to request to rent online to pick physical books up, but some of them are already available online already.
