The Digital Collections Project Manager will contact stakeholders and relevant parties in the library to discuss the project.  

• The initial contact may include the librarians, curators, digitization coordinators, conservators, collections care coordinators, metadata librarians, digitization specialists, subject specialists.  This team will meet to collaboratively assess the scope and materials selected for digitization.  The team will evaluate resources required and determine the feasibility and timeline of the project.
