The INHS Editor's Image Collection is a collection of >20,000 images used in the production of the publications of INHS and its predecessors, and contains images created from 1869 through 2008. The INHS Editor's Image Database contains descriptive metadata for the images inclluding topics, artists/photographers, locations, and dates. Records may include links to digitized versions of the published image in Biodiversity Heritage Library or elsewhere. Most of the images are held by INHS in the Forbes Natural History Building, About 600 have been scanned, and can be browsed in Box.
