January’s exhibit is dedicated to resources used to enhance physical fitness in music and the performing arts. This exhibit contains references to help all types of vocalists, dancers and actors to take care of their bodies and improve their performances. The resources in this exhibit include activities suitable for all types of people of all ages. These range from high impact dance moves to low impact yoga to activities designed to engage children in imaginative, active play. The supplemental Spotify playlist (below) contains a selection of fun, upbeat, motivational songs for all to sing along with, dance along to and enjoy!
