This month marks what would have been Neil Simon's 93rd birthday. Simon was one of America's most celebrated playwrights. His ability to make human flaws both endearing and comedic was at the heart of his repertoire. His works have been on Broadway (four running simultaneously), adapted into several motion pictures and even a TV series. Some of Simon's most notable works include "Come Blow Your Horn", "Barefoot in the Park" and "The Odd Couple"
The UIUC Online Collection contains some of these works and other memorable plays by Simon. The additional resources and external links provide biographical information, a performance of Simon's musical comedy "The Good Doctor" and even insights from Simon himself.
