Visiting the Library

Visiting campus? Most University Library locations are open for browsing, studying, and using materials. Check individual library hours before you go. Questions? Our Information for Visitors guide has even more information. You can also Ask a Librarian.

Library Spaces

Need a place to study during your visit?

The University Library offers a variety of study spaces, from reservable private rooms to open seating areas with different noise levels. We also offer family study rooms for students with children and designated reflection rooms for prayer, mediation, or contemplation available for use in the Main Library and Grainger Engineering Library. Using Library Spaces Overview has more information.

Loanable Technology

Did you forget to bring a charger during your visit? Need a laptop? Smaller loanable technology items, including chargers, laptops, headphones and calculators, are available for 2-hour, in-building loan from the Orange Room service desk in room 100, Main Library. You must have a valid i-Card to borrow loanable tech.

Printing

Printers are available for you to use during your visit, including black-and-white, color, and 11' x 17' printers. Visit Library Technology's printing page for more information on printer locations, instructions for use, and payment options and costs.

Campus printing and Papercut are supported by Technology Services.
