Note on checking Covid-19 related check-out policies - you can pick up physical books through Uni High Library through our locker check-out system. For checking out books from other units on campus, you will need a negative Covid-19 test for admission into the building to pick up your book. There are also many digital resources available for these topics. Please email Ms. Arnold or Paul if you have further questions.

You can use subject headings to refine your search. So if, for instance, you are looking for specific ethnic and racial history or statistics of the city of Chicago, you can use these headings:

Chicago (Ill.)—Ethnic relations

Chicago (Ill.)—Statistics

Just copy and paste one of the above headings into the search field, and select "Subject" as the category.
