In a consultation you will meet with one of our staff members at the IDEA  Lad during a pre-selected time and discuss whatever you are having issues with. We are happy to discuss issues with software, 3D design, or filament options. We will work with you to find the most appropriate options to resolve your issues, and offer advice for how to proceed going forward.
