Leila Abdelrazaq

A Palestinian author and artist born in Chicago. Her debut graphic novel, Baddawi was shortlisted for the 2015 Palestine Book Awards and has been translated into three languages. She is also the creator of a number of zines and short comics.

Malaka Gharib

Gharib grew up as a first-generation Filipina Egyptian American. She is an artist, journalist, and writer based in Washington, D.C. She is the founder of The Runcible Spoon, a food zine, and the co-founder of the D.C. Art Book Fair.

Toufic El Rassi

Toufic El Rassi was born in Beirut during the Lebanese civil war and immigrated to the United States as a child. He is a writer, graphic novelist, and painter. He is also a commentator on the Middle East and U.S. foreign policy.
