Guide to Prairie Research Institute Publications: Home

In-house and External Publications of the Prairie Research Institute.

The Prairie Research Institute comprises the 5 State Scientific Surveys.  Each Survey has an active in-house publication program, most with at least some content freely available online.   Institute researchers also publish externally in journals, proceedings, and other outlets.  This guide covers books, reports, and other materials published by the Institute (including how to access them), and the journal articles and other works by Institute staff published elsewhere.

Guide page editors:  Laura Barnes: Illinois Sustainable Technology Center; Susan Braxton: Illinois Natural History Survey, Illinois State Archaeological Survey, and Illinois State Water Survey; Anne Huber: Illinois State Geological Survey.
