H-1B Visa Information

OCTOBER 2025 NOTE: due to a lapse in funding and the government work stoppage, all foreign labor certification programs and federal website updates are currently suspended. This includes the Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC), USCIS pages, Department of Labor pages, and the Foreign Labor Application Gateway. Links to these resources are included and described below, but some are disabled at this time. Federal pages that remain active include alerts for dates of last update and changes to programs from recent federal proclamations, including H1B visa quotas. Federal page updates will resume once the government work stoppage ceases; other programs and sites will reactivate when federal funding is restored.

Finding H1B Visa Sponsors

The free databases below are for those looking for H-1B visa sponsors:

  • H1B Employer Data Hub - Interactive map of H1B Employers via US Citizenship and Immigration Services. Includes 15 years of data on companies who have submitted petitions to employ H1B workers. Filter by city, state, zip code, employer name, fiscal year, and NAICS code. Data is also downloadable as an Excel or CSV file; the page includes instructions for how to do so.

Image of the interactive map on the USCIS's H1B Employer Data Hub page. Centered is a map of the United States with state boundaries. States are shaded on a gradient of increasing number of H1B employer petitions. Above the map are filter boxes with drop-down menus for city, state, zip, employer, fiscal year, and NAICS code. Results from the selected state or filter combination are shown as a list below the map.
  • FLC Data Center for H1B jobs - Extremely long list of companies that have filed a Labor Condition Application, which is commonly used as evidence for a H-1B visa petition. Downloadable in Access format. As of October 2025, the site is disabled due to a lapse in federal funding.

  • Myvisajobs.com H1B page -- Lists companies and institutions that have hired people with green cards and H1-B Visas.  Relevant metrics include ranking, number of people hired, and salary information. Includes worker protections and legal information as well.

  • h1bvisajobs.com - Specific job board for H1B visa job postings. Employers searching to sponsor H1B employees submit their job postings and can browse candidates like you.
