Afghan Cooking Unveiled

Site description: Humaira Ghilzai and Katie Morford are two friends bound by a mutual interest in Afghan cooking, recipes and culture. Humaira was born in Afghanistan and spent the better part of her youth there. She is the co-founder and director of the Afghan Friends Network, a non-profit organization supporting educational programs in her native country. Though not her first profession, cooking is a new found passion. Katie is a freelance food writer and a registered dietitian.

Notes: "Afghan Cooking Unveiled" features 23 categories.  Each category provides insightful commentary on Afghan cooking plus tons of recipes.  Invite your classmates over and start testing some Afghan recipes.
