In December 1959, a small Chicago cabaret theatre called The Second City opened its doors for the first time, a moment that would change the course of entertainment history. Now, to celebrate its 65th anniversary, the company presents an evening of legendary comedy, featuring performances of the funniest, most popular songs, sketches, and characters written on the Second City stages.
The most influential and iconic comedy entertainment company in the world, The Second City has fostered some of entertainment’s biggest stars and continues to produce premier talent in all three of its locations—Chicago, Toronto, and Hollywood. In addition, Second City Touring Company performs spectacular comedy revues and original productions at venues across the nation. Join us for this special anniversary celebration to see why The Second City continues to be the most influential name in comedy entertainment.
