Zoological Record: Getting Started

Zoological Record Overview

Zoological Record is a long-lived continuing database of animal biology with coverage beginning in 1864. The scope of Zoological Record has made it a widely-used registry for animal names. The scope of the database ranges from biodiversity and environmental topics, to animal taxonomies and veterinary sciences. Access to Zoological Record through the UIUC Library is provided by Clarivate's Web of Science platform.
