The guide serves as an introduction to issues relating to world cultural heritage, spoils of war, Nazi looting, and "displaced" cultural property. It includes titles from the collections of the UIUC Library as well as non-UIUC collections. It was compiled by Carl Lehnen and Christina John (the UIUC Library graduate assistants) under the direction of Marek Sroka (Interim Head of HPNL and Associate Professor).
