The Children's Bioethics Centre is committed to improving children's lives through promoting the rights and responsibilities of children and their families in health care. This is achieved by resolving ethical conflict, facilitating communication and easing moral distress.

Bioethics Resources on the Web provides a compilation of web links to information of potential use and interest to diverse audiences—biomedical and behavioral researchers, health care professionals, research participants, patients and patient advocates, students and faculty in different disciplines, and the general public.

The Center for Practical Bioethics is a nonprofit, free-standing, and independent organization nationally recognized for its work in practical bioethics. Since 1984, the Center has helped patients and their families, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and corporate leaders grapple with ethically complex issues in medicine and research.

ASBH promotes the exchange of ideas and fosters multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional scholarship, research, teaching, policy development, professional development, and collegiality among people engaged in all the endeavors related to clinical and academic bioethics and the health-related humanities.
