Includes links to resources about the problem, technical options, and model regulations.
International Dark Sky Association
Probably the single best information resource on light pollution. IDA certifies outdoor lighting, has compiled a comprehensive list of devices, tracks state light pollution laws and legislation, and sponsors an annual awards program.
