No matter if you need help with a class project or your hobby, it is our goal to provide a full understanding of the machine embroidery process to anyone interested in learning about it. 

In a consultation you will meet with one of our staff members at the IDEA  Lad during a pre-selected time and discuss whatever you are having issues with. We are happy to discuss issues with design sourcing or any of the available options for our service. We will work with you to find the most appropriate options to resolve your issues, and offer advice for how to proceed going forward.
