Research Support Services

Summer Research Laboratory participants can sign up for general orientation sessions.  These sessions will explain how to use the library's resources, placing internal requests for items, online catalogs, printing, and research databases.

Register for an orientation session here.

Both during the Summer Research Laboratory and after, scholars can request copies of items 20 pages or fewer held at the UIUC collection. This service is available year-round and is available to anyone.

Submit your duplication service request here.

SRS staff will develop a personalized, project-based program for each individual covering electronic tools and software, print and electronic bibliographic resources and databases, archival sources, and more. SRS staff will contact you to schedule this session. Please contact the Slavic Reference Service with any additional questions: srscite@library.illinois.edu
