Springer Instructor Page
The Springer Nature Group carries nearly 10,000 available titles dedicated to class instruction. Explore product offerings using the Springer catalog, which features a search by subject function. To further examine a textbook, Springer provides complimentary samples to instructors. Most Springer samples are provided in a digital format, usually PDF, and include a time limitation. Once a textbook has been chosen, requests to receive a free desk copy are evaluated on an individual basis by Springer. These desk copies, once approved, also feature a 180-day time limit. The request feature is called "Digital Comps" on the Springer website.

Wiley Information on Desk Copies
Creating a Wiley instructor account is free. Once you have created your account, use the link below to search the Wiley eTextbooks catalog by subject. Books that are able to be comped will include a link to "Request an evaluation copy." Wiley offers Wiley E-Texts for the majority of the textbooks within their catalog. This can be an affordable option for students instead of purchasing a print copy, should you choose a Wiley textbook for your course. -

Elsevier Instructor Page
Elsevier publishing group has over 700 copies within the subjects of Engineering and Material Science available for selection and review. The Inspection Copy informational page features 5 general STEM-based subjects. Upon beginning your search, further specification is available. The Elsevier website boasts a three-step process - Discover, Review, Teach - for instructors. Once a free account has been created, certain textbooks are available for immediate instructor access online. Print inspection copies can also be requested.

McGraw-Hill Instructor Copies
The McGraw-Hill instructor assistance page provides a search option to view books and materials. In a tab at the top of the page, one is able to browse by discipline, as well. This webpage features a clear, step-by-step demonstration of the process of requesting a review copy. Creating an instructor account on the McGraw-Hill site is free, but requires 3 business days for verification. The company also has their own online course software available for purchase, called ALEKS.
