This is meant to be an introductory guide to researching topics at the intersection of science and humanities.

Steve Jobs Quote on the Intersection

Steve Jobs

"...Technology alone is not enough - It’s technology married with liberal arts, married with the humanities, that yields us the result that make our heart sing."

Introduction

Too often in academia the sciences and humanities are viewed as being in opposition to each other. However, the two interact a lot more than people think. The social sciences are often areas where these fields intersect the most, but it is still important to recognize the ways that these topics still connect with the humanities and the sciences. This guide is meant to be an introduction to the many ways the various disciplines interact. In it, there will be examples of fields and topics that utilize both science and liberal arts and resources to help direct your research.
