What does it mean to be accessible to an audience?

As students, teachers, librarians, researchers, and information technologists,
we often rely on media to present information.

We must consider many different potential audiences for all of our presentations,
and try to make them as understandable and informative as possible.

This means considering many types of visual, auditory, and textual materials for our presentations,
and adapting them for a variety of formats and learning types.
