Finance Research Scholars' Toolbox

This Guide is for the Department of Finance Faculty and Doctoral Students

Welcome to MSFE Experiential Learning Projects

This Libguide is designed specifically for you, the MSFE student. It will help you quickly get started with both research and career plans. Google is great but not all information is free or openly available.  Here, you can find introductions to various kinds of library databases with instructions on how to search, tips on search strategies, and recommended resources for job hunting. We also distinguish what you can find on the open Net.

The guide is arranged by tabs on the left side.  Each tab has a company name and within it, a page with a brief description of the project and suggested resources, along with screenshots of search strategies.

Bookmark this page as the MSFE is private in order to maintain corporate confidentiality. You will be given a URL in class to access this. Hopefully, you will find it a good friend whenever you need help or inspiration. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact Business Information Services at bis@library.illinois.edu.
