Chicago Style
As with APA, in Chicago Style you need not include emails in your references list. Cite emails in-text as so: First name Last name, type of communication, date.
For example: Valerie Dylan, email to author, July 7th 2019
MLA
When using MLA format, include emails in your references using the style outlined here: Last Name, First Name. "Subject Line." Received by First name Last name, Date.
For example: Dylan, Valerie. "Re: Folk Traditions." Received by James Nichols, July 7th 2019.
APA
Blog posts are cited in APA the same as Journal articles of any kind: Last Name, F. initial. (Date). Title. Blog name. URL.

When citing a blog post in Chicago Style, include the post in your references list. Use the following format: F. Initial Last name, "Title of post," Title of Blog (blog), Date, URL.
