There's An AI For That is a comprehensive database of thousands of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools available for hundreds of different tasks1. It is used by over 500,000 people and offers a smart AI search to help users find the best AI tools for any use case. You can search by application and it lists prices for each app.

How it can help: formulate basic surveys if the client is asking for survey of students you may know either from classes or being in RSOs. It is also helpful to find specific data from many places. Bear in mind, Gemini does collect data from you.
CoPilot is Microsoft's AI. The Office of the CIO lists features of the service offered via UIUC, which includes some data protection.
